How many points do I get?

You get 1 point for every $1 spent. If you upgrade to MVP+ you get 2 points for every $1 spent.

Earning Points

How do I earn points?

Earn points every time you shop. Just log in with your email address and start saving.

When do my points appear in my account?

Points will appear in your account after your order has been shipped.

When do my points expire?

Your points will expire 6 months after no qualifying purchase activity.

Redeeming Points

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points in checkout. After entering your shipping information, you can apply points to your order and save on your purchase.

Can I transfer my points to friends or family?

No - you cannot transfer points between accounts.

What happens to my earned points if I make a return?

Any points earned on a purchase that is later returned will be deducted from your total.

What happens if I've used points to make a purchase and then make a return?

Any points spent will be refunded back to your account for future use.

You can either purchase MVP+ for $29.99 / year or earn MVP+ status with an annual spend of $500 or more.
